Kale and Blueberry Shake Recipe

A recent patient, Georgette, turned me on to this most incredible shake.

You have to try it and you will not even taste any kale!

It’s best to drink within the first 30 minutes; however, if you refrigerate it, most of the nutrition will last over night.

Enjoy.

This drink is a nutrient enhancement on steroids. Just 1 cup of kale has over 30,000 IU of vitamin K.

Curried Chicken Salad Recipe

CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD
4 cups poached chicken, cut in chunks
3 cups sliced celery
2 cups chopped apples
1 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 tbsp lemon juice
Curry mayo (see recipe on next page)
Combine all ingredients. Chill.
