Kale and Blueberry Shake Recipe

A recent patient, Georgette, turned me on to this most incredible shake.

You have to try it and you will not even taste any kale!

It’s best to drink within the first 30 minutes; however, if you refrigerate it, most of the nutrition will last over night.

Enjoy.

This drink is a nutrient enhancement on steroids. Just 1 cup of kale has over 30,000 IU of vitamin K.

Don’t ever take synthetic vitamin E because it …

Can’t SLEEP?

I can’t tell you how many people just cannot get enough restful quality sleep at night. Your sleep is controlled by hormones, and these hormones are affected by darkness and light. The entire cycle is called the circadian rhythm. The term circadian comes from the Latin circa, about, and dies, day, meaning literally about a day. You typically go through four 90-minute cycles of sleep during the night, each one ranging from light sleep to deep, rejuvenating sleep. If everything is working, you can …

I have had sciatica pain for many years. I had just had both feet operated on for plantar fasciitis – one operation in March of 2006 and the other in June 2006. I had just gotten out of the wheel chair from my feet operation when I saw the ad for belly fat – September 2006. I went to the free seminar that Dr. Berg holds.
