In this letter I will explain how to strategically trigger key fat-burning hormones to melt the fat off the stomach and hips.
There are two main types of exercise: One is light, low-endurance, low-pulse-rate exercise. This is called aerobic, which means with oxygen.

Did you know that exercise does not burn fat?
Exercise creates a delayed effect of fat burning. Barely any fat is burned DURING exercise but instead is burned 14-48 hours AFTER exercise (1).
