Why Exercise Might be Bad for Your Fat Loss

Have you ever wondered why some healthy-looking people drop dead from a heart attack after exercise?
It’s never when they are exercising — it is when they stop and rest. It’s not the exercise that killed them, it’s the poor recovery time. Exercise is stress to the body, and a healthy body is supposed to adapt to stress and rebound or bounce back.
I’ve observed an interesting finding in our testing with many overweight people and even unhealthy thin people. Healthy people can adapt to stress and unhealthy people cannot. You could …

Liver Body Type

When damaged, the liver causes a potbelly appearance. This protruding abdomen is not necessarily fat — it could be fluid. If the liver is not functioning well, it can leak fluid into the stomach area within the abdomen. This characteristic is called ascites, which comes from the Greek askos, meaning bladder, belly or wineskin (animal skin used to hold wine). If you push the stomach from side to side, it looks and feels like a water balloon. An ultrasound is the best way to confirm fluid in the abdomen.

Adrenal Body Type

One of the main functions of the adrenal glands is countering stress by the production of several hormones. The adrenals don’t know the difference between physical and mental stress — they treat both with the same stress hormones.
The adrenals can overwork and underwork. Depending on the state they are in, you will experience different symptoms. I have frequently observed that a person will start with their adrenals in overdrive due to stress, then burn them out into an underworking adrenal situation. But it’s not always that cut and dried, as …

The Tiny Mistake People Make Which Leads to a Huge Belly

Could it be that the diet program you’re doing is the wrong one for your body?
When I first got married, I surprised my wife by making here an incredibly delicious desert. It was my first attempt and really didn’t have time to read all steps in the cookbook, which was a small omission, later turning into a huge disaster. I accidentally used baking soda instead of flour. As she took her first bite, I was all set be labeled as the ˜great cook’ but to my surprise, I was …
