The Ovary Body Type

If you are noticing a prominent bulge in your hip and belly area, and if you are a female, then you would be known as an ovary body type. This is one
of the four general body types that people can be categorized as being, for the purposes of understanding why they are not losing weight, and what they can do to successfully purge their body of unwanted excess pounds.
With the ovary body type, the swelling of fat accumulation begins right under the belly button. This is result of the estrogen hormone level in your body. As the production levels increase, fat is the result, gathering up all around the ovaries. Estrogen, you see, is the hormone that is creating fat. This is a catch-22: estrogen makes fat; the more fat you have, the more estrogen that is created. This then produces…you guessed it — more fat. Talk about a seemingly never-ending story.
This also affects your menstrual cycle, which you will know is more painful and with excessive bleeding than is normal. Your mood swings around this glorious time on the calendar is as back and forth as a pendulum.
Time goes on, and more fat sits on the hips. For those of you with an ovary body type who are at that stage in life where menopause has begun, you will start to suffer from hot flashes. You will also experience some bleeding and dryness. At night, you will sweat, even if it isn’t hot enough to explain sweating. While it might not seem to be connected, all of these symptoms can be traced back to the problems caused by your ovaries, and their unnatural production of estrogen.
Let’s not forget those hips and thighs. You hesitate to wear shorts outside, because of those “cottage cheese” legs, where great lumps of cellulite bunch up and form dimples back there and on your belly. Funny thing is, your upper torso isn’t affected by all of this. It still looks as divine as when you were a teen and at the peak of perfection. Take a look at your narrow waist and shoulders compared to your wide hips.
As your condition progresses, back pain starts to become an issue, especially in your tailbone and your lower back. You need to pay attention to your food cravings here at this point, as these are the warning signs of the ovary body type condition. You know this is talking about you if you have a hankering for all things dairy and cream, like yogurt, cheese cake, ice cream and, of course, cream cheese.
The best thing for you, if you want to regain control of your body and achieve a healthy lifestyle, is to work from the inside out. Find out what foods are best for your ovary body type, to curtail excess production of estrogen, which leads to more fat in your stomach, hips and thighs. Through a proper diet plan, as well as exercise and sleep, you can be the homecoming queen again, at least in appearance.
