When the body is over-stressed, getting sleep becomes a difficult feat. What most people don’t know is how important the sleep role is when it comes to losing weight and burning fat, and how essential sleep actually is in maintaining overall health. The adrenal body type has sleeping problems due to the ‘stress factor’. As these people store more and more stressed, sleep is lighter and lighter. The solution is to repair the hormone imbalance that is created, which is causing the excess stress, and restore health to the adrenals.
