Women, Menopause & Vitamin E

23 October 2009 3 Comments

There is not a cell in your body that can stay alive without Vitamin E. Vitamin E has many healing properties including creating sex hormones. When a female goes through menopause she loses 100x her vitamin E because the storage of vitamin E is in the pituitary gland. This happens when the ovaries stop releasing eggs at age 52 and presents itself in a lack of sex drive, dry skin along with hair and weight gain due to a shift in hormones. Don’t ever take synthetic vitamin E because it is lacking many of the other co-factors that work as a whole complex. I would not even recommend a natural vitamin E because ‘natural’ only means 10% natural. Instead, get it from leafy greens, olives, nuts and wheat germ oil.
Depression and Menopause

For dry skin and hair, take wheat germ oil internally instead of topically. Vitamin E is very susceptible to light and oxygen, so make sure this product comes in a amber colored pearl.

You are one of the very few that stresses the natural sources, including the olives and nuts. Other diets downplay, ban, or ignore these important sources. It is no wonder why menopausal women not only lose weight but feel tremendous on your program.
