You Really Don’t Have Low Willpower!

24 June 2009 No Comment

People have this idea that they are weak willed and that’s just the way they are. Working with tens of thousands of people, I have found that if a person is on the CORRECT program for their body type they WILL get results. However, when creating health, there can be a delay in noticing actual weight loss results. You first will get feedback in improved energy fewer cravingsand feeling better overall.

The first thing I need you to do is NEVER treat symptoms. Only go after real causes of problems; this applies especially to your weight problem. Since your weight is the symptom and glandular weakness is the cause, you need to put all your focus on creating long-term health

Don’t do what everyone else is doing trying tolose weight. It has to be a viewpoint shift, and sometimes it takes a sledgehammer to pound it in. At my seminars in northern Virginia I’ll spend two hours on this one principle, and even then a person might say, I really need to lose the weight because obesity is a health risk.”
If you follow this principle principle three in my book The 7 Principles of Fat Burning ( more it will work and you will have patience because you’ll know that it’s normal to lose one to two pounds per week; and because you’ll be experiencing improved health, you’ll stick to it.

People will quit if they focus on their weight while trying some diet, because diets are tough and many do not eliminate the cravings. So as soon as it gets hard or you stop losing weight, you quit!
Focus on the creation of health and you WILL NOT have a weight problem
